Non-Cash Financing

Letters of guarantee are the documents in the nature of contracts of guarantee that the banks give to the relevant organizations or persons on issues such as the delivery of a property, performing a work or paying a debt in favor of their customers at home or abroad.

These are the documents issuedaddressing to the domestic and foreign companies, departments and institutions for our Bank's customers by banks to show their approved loans and how much of their approved loans are used and how much of them are ready for use as well as the status of the participation funds (special current account/participation account).

It is a product that allowsto make payment on the date upon which they have agreed and which is specified on the policy, in cases where the importer wishes to pay the cost of the goods on a term basis and the exporter wishes guarantee for the payment to be made at the end of the term envisaged by the importer's bank.

Letter of credit is a conditional bank guarantee which guarantees that the goods or services will be provided to the importer in return for submission of the stipulated document indicating that the goods have been loaded or the service has been fulfilled, against a certain fee and with a certain maturity, in accordance with the instructions of the exporter company, by which you can safely perform your foreign trade transactions.
