  • Customer information is received through our Bank's website only for product and service applications, and on the other hand, both product and service applications as well as sales transactions can be performed through the internet branch of our Bank, by obtaining customer information or using the existing registered information.
  • Any personal information belonging to customer, that is requested for product and service sale/application through Bank's website or internet branch, or that is available in our Bank's system and can be viewed through internet branch, is not shared with 3rd parties without the approval of the customer.
  • Customer information may only be shared upon request with legal institutions and authorities authorized to access customer information.
  • 3rd parties are prevented from accessing the information entered by our customers through the website or the internet branch.
  • In order to protect the privacy of our customers' personal information, our Bank's system and internet infrastructure are maintained at the most reliable level and necessary measures are taken.
  • Our Bank receives support services from different institutions when it deems necessary and ensures that the relevant institutions act in accordance with the privacy standards and conditions of the Bank.
  • The security and confidentiality of the links provided for access to other websites through our Bank's website are not under the responsibility of our Bank. Our Bank cannot take any responsibility for the financial/moral losses that may be encountered on these sites.

Location

This is the required authorization to locate the nearest Ziraat ATMs and branches.

Microphone

Video calls are permitted for the purpose of acquiring new customers.

Guide

This is the permission required for KOLAS to match money transfer functions with the phone directory.

NFC

This permission is required to perform Turkish ID verification, make contactless payments, and load funds onto your Istanbul Card.

TrueDepth Camera and Facial Recognition Data
Our application utilizes TrueDepth camera technology through a third-party identity verification service for the following purposes:
Data Collection: Facial geometry and depth mapping for liveness detection,3D facial structure analysis for anti-spoofing measures ,Real-time facial movement tracking (head turns, eye blinks),TrueDepth sensor data for enhanced security verification
Purpose of Use:Customer identity verification (KYC compliance),Prevention of fraudulent account creation,Liveness detection to prevent photo/video spoofing.Compliance with Turkish banking regulations (BDDK)
Data Processing: All TrueDepth data is processed locally on your device No raw facial depth data is transmitted to our servers.Only verification results (pass/fail) are sent to our banking infrastructure.Data is immediately deleted after processing completion.We process this data locally and then delete it.
Data Sharing: TrueDepth facial data is never shared with third parties KYC SDK processes data locally within our certified framework.No facial recognition data is used for marketing or analytics
Data Retention: Raw TrueDepth data: User can request data deletion by contacting customer service
User Rights:Right to access collected data,Right to request data deletion,Right to opt-out of facial recognition (may limit app functionality)
