If you are flying with one of the contracted airlines listed below, you can benefit from the Priority Check-in service by visiting the airline's business class check-in counter and presenting your IGA Pass membership.

     • Priority check-in for Turkish Airlines is at the G39 counter, exclusive to İGA Pass holders.

     • Our passengers flying to the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel and Canada cannot benefit from priority check-in service as they must go through an additional security process.

In order for an İGA Pass membership holder to use the İGA Lounge to enter the lounge, the time remaining until the boarding time on the valid boarding pass must be less than 6 hours.

• İGA Lounge usage time is 6 hours.

You can both relax and have a pleasant time with delicious snacks while waiting for your flight in the İGA Pop Up Lounge area.

The area is at your service 24/7, and the usage period is valid for 3 hours from the first entrance.

Buggy service on the arrivals floor is not available from the flight gates. 

There are 3 separate departure points on the international departures floor: north, east and west.

     • International west buggy stop at international flight gates numbered A, B, C, E and F.

     • International northern buggy stop at international flight gates numbered D

     • International east buggy stop at international flight gates numbered A, B, C, E and F

There is a single buggy departure point on the domestic departures floor.

All you have to do is visit the buggy stops in the corridor in front of the exit doors on the arrivals floor and request a buggy vehicle using the phones at the stops.

     • Valet & Parking service usage is calculated per day.

     • Valet & Parking service that exceeds 30 days will be charged extra.

     • Members who will benefit from the Valet & Parking service must use their rights by visiting the manual payment points before exiting the car park.

     • Valet & Parking service payment points; Purple P3 and Red P3 are located in the parking area. Our guests who prefer valet service can also make transactions at our valet payment points in the terminal, located near exit gate 9 on the domestic arrivals floor and exit gate 13 on the international arrivals floor, in addition to the payment points in the multi-storey car park.

     • Vehicle license plate information changes are made via the call center (444 1 442).
