COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

Article 4
The Company is headquartered in Fatih, Istanbul. The company’s address is at Hobyar Eminönü Mah. Hayri Efendi Cad. Bahçekapı No:12 34112 Fatih/İstanbul.

Article 4.1.
In the case of a change of address, the new address shall be registered with the trade registry and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette of Türkiye. Additionally, it shall be notified to the Ministry of Trade and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. Any notification sent to the registered and published address of the Bank shall be considered as delivered to the Bank. Failure by the Bank to register its new address within the legal time frame, despite moving from the registered and published address, shall constitute grounds for termination of the Bank.

Article 4.2.
The Bank, with a decision from the Board of Directors, may establish branches, regional offices, agencies, offices, representative offices, or other service units both domestically and internationally, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and may establish correspondent relationships. Additionally, the Board of Directors may decide to use branches of another bank/institution as correspondents, aside from the Bank’s own branches, regional offices, agencies, and representative offices.
