In 2024, Ziraat Katılım initiated endeavors to create the Ziraat Katılım Memorial Forest, a project designed to generate both environmental and social impact.
Ziraat Katılım aims to enhance the welfare of society through the projects supported by sponsorships and donations within the framework of its approach that places corporate social responsibility at the center. Striving to repay its debt to our country and humanity through its social responsibility activities, the Bank’s sponsorship and donation support indicate that it attaches great importance to the environment, education, culture, and future generations. As part of its internal communication endeavors, the Bank organizes events aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and maintaining interaction among employees by enhancing the sense of belonging.

Mutlu Yuva Association
The Association operates 137 “Children’s Houses” in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Yozgat, Diyarbakır, and Şanlıurfa, where it provides a family environment to hundreds of orphans and children in need of protection and facilitates their spiritual and material growth through education. Ziraat Katılım contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals to end poverty by supporting children’s homes in Istanbul.
Ziraat Katılım Memorial Forest
In 2024, Ziraat Katılım initiated endeavors to create the Ziraat Katılım Memorial Forest, a project designed to generate both environmental and social impact. In the event organized with the participation of Ziraat Katılım employees and their families, the first saplings of the memorial forest were planted in the soil.
Sponsorship for Teknofest 2024
The Bank sponsored Teknofest 2024, Türkiye’s first and only aviation, space, and technology festival, which plays a critical role in the development of national technology in Türkiye and is organized with the participation of many organizations, and contributed to raising awareness among young people about technology and innovation.
Ziraat Katılım Fidelity Group
Ziraat Katılım Fidelity Group, having completed its 4th year, instills optimism in everyone through the steps it has taken and achieved as a voluntary social initiative, and demonstrates that a livable world is possible.
The spirit of “sharing,” one of the fundamental and essential elements of the national values, served as the foundation for the establishment of Fidelity Group. Fidelity Group operates as a family under the roof of Ziraat Katılım, which embraces the philosophy of “More as We Share.” Fidelity Group promotes volunteerism among employees and actively engages in collaborative endeavors to address local or nationwide disasters, as well as personal challenges that individuals may face.
The Group continues to pursue its mission of fostering hearts that are won through the sharing of its support for people, animals, and the environment, and conducts projects that are deemed appropriate by those in need, volunteers, and Fidelity Group Committee members.

Ziraat Katılım Social Clubs
Ziraat Katılım aims to involve its employees in its projects with thematic clubs such as the Cycling Club, Chess Club, and Volleyball Club, established for its employees within the Bank in 2024, as well as the Fidelity Group, which has been in place for many years.
Ziraat Katılım Volleyball Tournament was organized with the participation of bank employees. In addition, Ziraat Katılım Cycling Club participates in the Green Crescent Cycling Tours organized twice a month.
In 2024, Ziraat Katılım continued to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals such as “End Poverty” with its support for the Mutlu Yuva Association as part of its corporate social responsibility activities, “Health and Quality Life” with its in-bank sports activities, “Qualified Education” with its support for education, “Decent Work and Economic Growth” and “Industry Innovation and Infrastructure” with its sponsorships granted for projects such as Teknofest, Saha Istanbul, GİV Türkiye Awards.
