With the new interface structure, IWT, new currency transfer screens compatible with the MX format have been developed.
The list of SWIFT Correspondents was integrated into the “GBACC - IBAN/Correspondent/RMA Inquiry” screen, providing branches with instant inquiry and easy access, and RMA verification started to be fed from a single source.
As part of its foreign trade consultancy services, the Bank conducted 179 customer visits across 87 branches, primarily corporate and commercial branches, to identify on‑site needs and delivered training sessions on foreign trade products.
Ziraat Katılım, which completed the necessary work to generate and send outgoing MX messages by the system within the scope of the ISO 20022 SWIFT integration project in international payments, became the first participation bank to send transfer messages in MX format through the main banking system.
With the new interface structure, IWT, new currency transfer screens compatible with the MX format have been developed. With this development, all processes and screens have been simplified by combining two transfer flows that account for the majority of foreign trade transactions.
Functions such as IBAN verification and auto-completion, filtering of requested documents by transaction type, and the ability to easily send repeated transactions through the registered transfer feature have been added, making the screen user-friendly and ensuring operational efficiency.
End-to-end automation of the process between Foreign Trade Operations and Compliance units for foreign currency transfers was completed. As a result, operational efficiency, risk minimization, and customer satisfaction were achieved through the revision of the transfer process and the ability to follow it through the same flow.
The REM integration of intermediary bank notifications of Export Price Acceptance Certificate sent to and from the Bank was established.
Foreign trade digital file/archive work was carried out, eliminating the need to use physical files.
An RMA was established between the Bank and the Somali Branch to ensure that all incoming and outgoing foreign currency transfers are completed in an end-to-end SWIFT environment.
“GPI - Outgoing Currency Transfer Reached Recipient” notification was added as the 24th notification to the Foreign Trade customer notification package.

In the main banking system, all fields requiring RMA verification started to be fed from a single source.
The monitoring screen (IAKIZ), where SWIFT, document, receipt, and file information of letter of credit transactions can be easily accessed, was designed with the new interface structure IWT.
