You can pick up your Debit Card from any of our Branches you have specified during your application.

 

How can I create a password for my Debit Card?

You can create your Debit Card password by calling our Customer Services at 0 850 220 50 00.

 

What should I do if I forget my Debit Card password?

If you forget your Debit Card password, you can reset it by calling our Customer Call Center at 0 850 220 50 00.

 

My Debit Card is lost/stolen. What should I do?

You must call our Customer Services at 0 850 220 50 00 as soon as possible and report the situation. When you report that your card is lost/stolen, your card will be canceled, and upon your request a new card will be issued.

 

Can I shop with my Debit Card? How?

If the main account that your card is linked to has sufficient balance, you can use your card to shop anywhere that displays the logo of your card by using your card password.

 

Can I use my Debit Card abroad?

You can use your Debit Card to withdraw money from ATMs and shop at any business abroad that displays the logo of your card. At ATMs abroad, only the main account linked to your card will be displayed. For this reason, in order to withdraw money from ATMs or to shop abroad, the account that is linked to the Debit Card must have sufficient balance.

You can use your Debit Card abroad without making any applications.
